Willamette Crossing is currently under construction and is scheduled to begin occupancy in December 2026 and be completed in Spring 2027. The project will deliver 160 much-needed affordable housing units to South Corvallis, addressing a critical housing shortage. All units will be affordable for households earning 60% or less of the area median income, with rent restrictions in place for 60 years.
